Thank you for choosing our Microfinance / NBFC Software solutions. At Amy Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality software and services to all our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards the purchase of our software products (including One-Time License and Subscription Plans) are non-refundable. Once the software is delivered, activated, or deployed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Service Nature
Our products are digital software solutions. Since access is granted immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.
3. Demo & Confirmation
We strongly recommend that all customers review the software demo, features, and requirements before making payment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have understood the product capabilities.
4. Upgrade Policy
Customers can upgrade their plan at any time by paying the price difference between the current plan and the upgraded plan. However, no refund will be issued for downgrades.
5. Maintenance & Renewal
Annual maintenance charges (AMC), server costs, and renewal fees are non-refundable once paid.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Charges paid for third-party services such as SMS, WhatsApp API, Payment Gateway, Aadhaar eKYC, CIBIL/Highmark, or any external API services are non-refundable. These are governed by the respective service providers.
7. Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client requirements, third-party dependencies, or external service providers. Such cases do not qualify for refunds.
8. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation is not allowed.
9. Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, will be considered only in exceptional situations at the sole discretion of Amy Technologies management.
